Creaform fait l’acquisition de l’entreprise française ActiCM!
Creaform est fière d’annoncer l’acquisition en janvier 2008 de l’entreprise ActiCM, située à Grenoble en France et spécialisée dans la fabrication et la commercialisation de systèmes de mesure tridimensionnelle, dont la mesure 3D sans contact robotisée, la mesure optique à contact et la capture de mouvement.
L’acquisition de la technologie ActiCM permettra ainsi à Creaform et sa filiale Euroform en France de consolider sa position de chef de file du marché du contrôle tridimensionnel.
Creaform acquires the French company ActiCM!
Creaform is proud to announce the acquisition in January of 2008 of the company ActiCM, based in Grenoble, France, and specialized in the manufacturing and marketing of three-dimensional measuring systems, e.g. 3D robotized non-contact measure, contact optical measure and motion capture.
The acquisition of ActiCM’s technology enables Creaform and its Euroform subsidiary in France to strenghten its leadership in the three-dimensional control market.
